The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) supervises fair competition and market functioning.
ACM does not want competition rules to stand in the way of agreements that contribute towards a more sustainable society. For example, to combat climate change or animal suffering, prevent environmental pollution, or protect human rights. Therefor the ACM has drawn up new rules on sustainability agreements between businesses. In this webinar the ACM will briefly explain the rules and the communication tools developed for our sector. Unfortunately, company-specific questions cannot be answered during this session.
