Modint & bAwear werken samen aan 'footprint-tool'

10-09-2021  - Duurzaamheid en transparantie zijn belangrijke pijlers in de bedrijfsvoering van alle bedrijven in de kleding- en textielsector.  Compliance, traceerbaarheid en eerlijk onderbouwde  ‘groene claims’ zijn cruciaal om extra waarde te creëren voor producten. Het bewustzijn op dit punt van de consument groeit elke dag, evenals de vraag naar meer duurzamere producten en volledige transparantie van de supply chain. Modint & bAwear hebben de handen ineen geslagen en komen binnenkort met een tool die inzicht geeft in de ecologische footprint van textiele producten.

Achter de schermen werken we nauw samen met Creamoda, de Belgische Modefederatie, om samen het beste te bereiken voor onze leden op internationaal niveau.

Modint & bAwear join forces for 'footprint-tool'

Sustainability and transparency are important pillars in the business operations of all companies in the clothing and textile sector. Compliance, traceability and fair substantiated 'green claims' are crucial to create additional value for products. Consumer awareness on this point is growing every day, as is the demand for more sustainable products and full transparency of the supply chain. Modint & bAwear have joined forces and will soon come up with a tool that provides insight into the ecological footprint of textile products.

Behind the scenes we work closely with Creamoda, the Belgian Fashion Federation, to accomplish the best we can for our members internationally.

At the Circular Textile Days (September 14 & 15, Amersfoort) a sneak preview will be given at the joint booth of Modint & bAwear.
