Modint aan tafel bij Ecodesign Forum

De Europese Commissie heeft een nieuw Ecodesign Forum opgericht om duurzame producten te stimuleren binnen de EU-markt. In deze groep zitten de Commissie, lidstaten en andere betrokken partijen. Ze werken aan belangrijke regels, zoals die voor textielproducten, het Ecodesign-werkprogramma en maatregelen voor onverkochte goederen. 

Modint heeft zich vrijwillig aangemeld als expert om de industrie te vertegenwoordigen en Euratex te ondersteunen bij hun aanvraag voor het Ecodesign Forum. We zijn trots en blij om te delen dat deze belangrijke plek aan tafel aan ons is toegekend.

Voortbouwend op de Europese gezamenlijke visie, zetten we ons in voor haalbare ecodesign-eisen die bedrijven helpen om concurrerend, duurzaam en innovatief te blijven, zonder dat de regels te ingewikkeld worden.

Modint is part of the Ecodesign Forum

The European Commission has launched a new Ecodesign Forum to promote sustainable products within a stronger EU Single Market. This expert group includes the Commission, Member States, and stakeholders, focusing on key regulations such as the Delegated Act on textile products, the Ecodesign work programme, and measures on unsold goods.

Modint has volunteered as an expert to represent the industry and support Euratex in their application for the Ecodesign Forum. We are proud and happy to share that we have been given a seat at this important table.

Building on the European shared vision, we will advocate for practical ecodesign requirements that balance business realities with competitiveness, sustainability, and innovation goals, ensuring the regulations remain feasible for companies of all sizes.
