Introductie verantwoord gebruik van chemicaliën in de productieketen

Afhankelijk van de voorkeur van de deelnemers, zal de voertaal tijdens de workshop Nederlands of Engels zijn. ​Depending on the preference of the participants, the language of instruction during the workshop will be Dutch or English (see English information below).

Binnen de industrie zijn er een aantal natte processen die een grote impact hebben op het milieu zoals wassen, verven en bedrukken. Deze processen hebben een impact op de veiligheid van producten, schoon water en schone lucht.

In deze workshop krijg je een eerste introductie om je te helpen de natte processen binnen de textielketen inzichtelijk te krijgen. De volgende onderwerpen zullen in de training behandeld worden:

Je krijgt gedetailleerde informatie over de processen en de risico’s op het gebruik van schadelijke chemicaliën die daarmee samenhangen. De verschillende verfprocessen (materiaal afhankelijk) in combinatie met de hiervoor benodigde verfstoffen komen aan bod. Na de pauze zullen we dieper ingaan op het opzetten van een Chemical Management Systeem.

De workshop zal worden gehouden op 21 oktober bij Modint in Zeist van 09.00 tot 12.00. Er kunnen maximaal 10 personen deelnemen.

Introduction workshop responsible handling of chemicals in the production process
 
Would you like to know more about wet processes, a safer and environmentally responsible use of chemicals in the production chain? Then join our introductory workshop!

Within the industry there are a number of wet processes that have a major impact on the environment, such as washing, painting and printing. These processes have an impact on the safety of products, clean water and clean air.

In this workshop you will receive a first introduction to help you gain insight into the wet processes within the textile chain. The following topics will be covered in the training:

You will receive detailed information about the processes and the risks associated with the use of harmful chemicals. The different dyeing processes (related to raw material/fibre) in combination with the required dyes are discussed. After the break we will dive deeper into the topic of how to implement a Chemical Management System.
